Modification/cancellation for registration and/or accommodation is possible until June 15th, 2011.
After the above date and until July 1st, 2011, cancellation date for registration means 25% penalty and handling fee.
After the above date and until July 7th, 2011, cancellation date for registration means 50% penalty and handling fee.
After July 7th, 2011, no refund is possible.
