There are 281 Wikipedia editions at the moment, but around 7000 living languages. There are languages with more than 5 millions of speakers without Wikipedia edition. The purpose of this paper is to mark those languages and give guidelines to WMF, chapters and other participants of Wikimedia movement: what should be done to increase number of language editions of Wikimedia projects.
