Most dorm rooms will be given as scholarships. Shuttles will be provided for dorms residents to the venue. Light breakfast (coffee and croissants) will be provided at the venue for the dorms residents.
Note: Of the 148 available beds, only 48 have air-conditioning. Shuttle buses will be provided, but the distance is not a walking distance. Bus company website.
Haifa University dorms
Talia and Federman Dorms - Haifa University Campus
Comments: Linen and towels will be provided. Each room at Talia dorms has private shower and toilet, one bed per room, six rooms per apartment. Each apartment has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. At the center of the dorms there is a grocery store, and a student's lounge. There are computer rooms and some wifi areas and a 24h laundry (10 NIS, you need your own detergent).
At the Federman dorms: 2 persons per room, three rooms per apartement, one bathroom and toilet per apartement.

about 25 minutes on line 31. Daily 06:40–19:30; Friday 06:45–12:30; Saturday: doesn't work. 20–25 minutes.
Bus 200: every night including Friday, 23:00–04:00 every half-hour. There is one stop in the Technion (by the sports center, about a 7 minute walk from the dorms).
Bus 28: to Kikar Ziv outside of the Technion.
from Merkazit Hof HaKarmel: about 30 minutes on line 11 (direct from platform 16) or line 123 (platform 15) to Kikar Ziv
from Merkazit ha-Mifrats: about 20 minutes on line 142.
Kikar Ziv is a crossing with some shops around it (some neon signs around it). When coming from the Hof HaKarmel if you miss it you can always go back by taking any of the direct busses (17, 19, 76 or 77) to the campus. (Note: buses 76 and 77 do NOT go from the dorms to Ziv).
All night service from Merkazit Hof HaKarmel to the venue, continuing to the Technion: line 200.
Once you arrive on the campus - the bus crosses the campus gate and you get off at the first stop. There are signs to ATS Village II. Then go uphill (there is a steeper direct path or a wider winding road) - first you will see building #167 (Palm Springs Dormitory) - just go inside and go uphill to number 163, apartment 3 (or use the winding road around it). Asking for Senate Dorms may not give the results expected (tested in the field).
